It is hard to believe that we are coming up to half way through the first term but we will be passing that point on Friday.  I am very happy with the way students have settled into study routines and it is great to see so many students getting involved in the wide range of activities available after school.

WINTER SPORTS REMINDER

Winter sport sign up time is upon us and I will be chasing up students to ensure that they have signed up for a winter sport as this is a requirement of hostel life.  I’ll try to repost important sporting sign up events here at hostelive but they are normally all listed in the school newsletter or by contacting the Mr Malcolm the Sports Coordinator at school.

BOARDINGWARE

Thank you to the parents who have signed up and are using the Boardingware software to apply for and approve student leave.  I will be re-sending invites to parents who have not yet set up their accounts with boardingware early next week – in case you have lost the email invite to set up your account.  The countdown is on as the old leave system will only remain live for 5 more weeks.

MT ASPIRING CAMPS

With Yr 10 camps in full swing a reminder to parents to advise us in writing if there is to be any variation in the way your son or daughter is dropped off or collected from the hostel before or after camp.  Thank you.

Kind regards,

Mark
